Made new contract with Virgin, including new phone. Should be delivered by Yodel yesterday. Tracker kept us up to date all day long, even with one message that phone was now delivered. This unfortunately did not match the truth. We were all at home and no phone was delivered. Might it be that driver / Yodel are stealing? Should I involve police? Can I cancel new contract now ( which was made on base that I get new phone)
I know from looking through forum that I/m not the only one where this happened, anybody had any luck with getting anywhere?
Hi ordered a upgrade phone Dec 1st and have not yet recieved it Yodel tacked says it was delivered. I have phoned Virgin numerous times and keep getting told that my order needs cancelling before I can reorder was told to phone yesterday or today to make new order but quess what my order has still not been cancelled it will take another 3/5 days I am thinking about just not continuing with my contract when it ends and going back to Vodafone
