Phone is barred

No idea why but I've paid everything and I can't call virgin mobile customer service to sort this out as it says, "calls from this number are barred".

What do I do?! I now want to cancel from this terrible service!

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues calling us and have been looking to leave. It may take up to 24 hours for your services to be re activated if they have been barred due to a late payment. Can I ask how you made the payment please? Was it online?

You can also try calling us from a landline instead if needed - 0345 454 1111 or 150 from a Virgin Landline,

I paid online and today about 8 hours ago. I can't call or as my phone is barred. So I can't call anyone or even you. Said I've got to wait till May 28th which is rediculous!
