My phone was cut off I have paid the bill 10hours ago but still no service.. 789 is not working either

How was the payment made to ourselves? Also, have you rebooted your device since the payment was made?

Thanks for your response I paid online through the app.. home has been on and off multiple times but still nothing?

The service can take anything up to 24 hours to resume. 

If you are still unable to use the service following this time, please get back in touch and we can look in to this further for you.
