Thank you for your posts although I'm sorry to hear about the issues with your mobile phone service. I hope that this has been resolved since your post however if you are still having issues please check;
That your balance is below your credit limit
That the Direct Debit is active on your account.
You can check this through your online account here. In order for your mobile service to be active we do require the bills to be up to date, the balance below the credit limit and also the Direct Debit to be active.
If this is all showing as correct and you are still unable to use the phone, please give us a call on 789 / 0345 6000 789 so that we can look into this further.
