Trying for over month to change contract but won’t accept password. Won’t reset my password and says my memorable information is wrong. Should I just stop direct debit then they might help.

Can I ask what contract are you trying to change?
Its best to keep the Direct Debit active or it may have an adverse effect on your credit rating
