I have a new pc, when I logged onto my virgin phone account, it's asking for my password, on my old pc it remembered it, I have forgotten it. I have gone through the process of requesting to change, and I'm going round in circles, every new password I choose it's not accepting it, HELP please, thanks

On your old PC did you use a browser and store your passwords in the browser?
If so you should be able to use the same browser and go into the settings and sync the browser on your new PC with the old one.
For example using the Chrome browser below
