Hi, I placed an order this morning for iPhone 12, and the order status has been parked for hours

if anyone could give me an update that would be brilliant .

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community.

Normally when an order is parked, this is due to the back office team needing to do extra checks to determine eligibility for the handset/contract. Their timescales are 3 working days to get in touch but I shall send a PM to check if there is any update
