Hi I made a order yesterday and my order still says parked I spoke to someone but never got any help back can I have some assistance please

If an order has been parked, this means the back office team have a few final checks to do before making a final decision on whether to proceed with your application. The timescales for these checks are 3 working days and you'll be contacted either way. If it was done yesterday, we are still in that timescale and will be in touch soon.
