Parked order

Good morning,

I need some assistance please. I placed an order the end of December and it’s still showing as parked. I’ve tried on a few occasions to contact a representative via the text what’s app scheme but always left waiting and then the “Chat Bot” just repeats itself over again. 

It appears when people post on here they get quicker assistance so could you please help with my query?
