Parked order

Hi there 

After being recommended by a friend I decided to try get a contract.

My order has been parked since the 13th and nobody has gotten back to me. I rely on my phone due to work and since nobody has gotten back to me I haven't topped up my current sim. This delay has left me with no way of contacting people or data.

I wish to cancel my order as I have found someone that will approve me.

This has left me upset as a young female in this world who unfortunately needs a phone asap.
