Parked order? What is it?

So, this is my first time going on a contact (I’m 19, so my credit score is probably too low?) and I’m not exactly sure what “parked” means however I’ve heard it has to do with credit score.

what happens if your score is too low due to being young? Will it just cancel my order or something?
