Parked Order

I ordered a phone and sim and now it says that the order is parked and that customer service will be in touch to discuss the order but I haven't heard back yet and I don't know how long I'll have to wait. I may have to cancel the order because I need the phone urgently.

Can someone please take a look at my order and give me an update. 100001692xxxxxx
