Hi, I have a PAYG phone that my elderly mother has for emergency use, however this phone has just become inoperative with the screen saying Invalid SIM'. I rang customer services who informed me that this is because Virgin are going to stop providing PAYG as an option and have closed my account. This was the first I knew about it. I was in credit and would like a refund so I can switch to another provider. Can you please advise. Thanks

Sorry to hear that
We have been sending out SMS Messages well before any Sims are disconnected
If you are able to pass security on behalf of your Mother then we can look at refunding any balance that is due
