I have been a sincere customer with your company for the last 2years. My contract expired in October 2020.i was unable to renew my contract as I was stranded in Mauritius on March 2020 due to the pandemic .Thankfully,I managed to return back to UK on 24.11.01.i found a letter from your company for an overdue Balance of £21.48.i also saw a letter from a Moorcroft Debt Recovery limited requesting to collect the money. I wish to settle this outstanding money to your company and formally request that you withdraw any further request from any debt company inorder to keep my credit score intact. Please advise
