I had a bill today that should be £6 not £12 . I paid £8 September 9th for august because I was on a different tariff. I should in October be paying £6 not £12 .

I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your mobile billing at the moment, its strange that you have been billed double the amount of your deal.
Have you been able to speak to the team about this or would you like me to take a look over this?
