Sorry to see this confusion with the device and SIM change, do you require a different size of SIM card to insert this to the new iPhone?
If so, you may call us at 789 from your VM mobile and request to send you a new SIM card as replacement which will be available in 3 sizes (mini, micro and standard)
If the size matches the new phone you can just insert the SIM in and keep using the service as usual, does this help?
