Order parked and worst customer care

I have made an order (order no: 100001798887572) day ago but the order has been parked as they say in a fancy way, don’t know what this means. I called customer care, first this lady told me there is no such order made, she added I made a sim only order. I insisted that I ordered a phone and a sim. She then hung up the phone on the face. I called again and the same person picked the phone and after realising it was me she hung up again. Is this how VM treats its customers. I was shocked. It’s a real shame for VM. 

I have a broadband connection with VM and now I am considering to switch for this appalling customer service.

I am very sorry to hear of your experience when contacting the team, this is not the level of service we expect to deliver.
