I tried to set up a pay monthly contract on Friday and was told I would receive my order Monday 26th, but instead it is telling me my order is "parked" and "our customer service team will be in touch to discuss about this order" I have heard nothing from your customer service team.
My order ref: 10000180xxxxx
Some help would be appreciated.
