Oomph sim when will i get 5g

• I have tried to get a 5g sim for my 5g phone for nearly a year now  please can you help resolve.

I'm on the oomph package and have a 4g sim been waiting to receive 5g for nearly a year now. Please can you confirm when I'll be moved across to 5g, would love to have this feature.
