Has anyone else's online Virgin Mobile account been deleted without their knowledge? I registered my account last year when I took over my contract and I could access my account online to manage my tariffs and such and change my allowances but now my account has been deleted without me being informed because I can't have a Virgin Media account and Virgin Mobile account with the same email address. Why should I have to create a new email address just so I can manage my contract. It has never been an issue before.
I'm so angry that I actually want to quit my contract as I have no access to it other than to phone up which I refuse to do because they are zero help!!!
