Hi as part of my broadband and home phone package I should have received a 5GB SIM. 

Virgin have sent me 3 Sims but I haven't received them. Would it be possible for you to send me another one but this time as registered post.

Thanks for taking the time to post in regards to your Oomph SIM and it not being delivered, this seems very strange that it would happen 3 times.

 

I'm eager to take a look at this further to see what has happened so will send you a Private Message to get some more details from you.
