Old accounts in My Account not current

Have been trying to get problem of 3 old accounts in My Account but current account not visible so unable to check Bill's etc. Have tried web chat no reply after 1.75 hours tried text at 9.37 agent replied at 13.59 when I was unable to answer for a short while when I did it link for security was disconnected. Is there an email address or a way to arrange a call back or do I need to sit on chat or text for another day. This is getting ridiculous, I appreciate that Coronavirus means some delays but how am I supposed to check that recent additional SIM is correctly being charged.

Sorry to hear you've encountered this problem.

 

It may be that the new number is set up as a new account rather than being linked to your existing numbers.

 

Have you tried registering the new number from here?
