Hello,
I'm trying to clear an old Virgin Mobile debt from 2017. A few weeks ago the customer service chat operator informed me this could not be done since the account was passed to debt collection. However I have been paying the debt directly to Virgin via StepChange, and I have received confirmation from the debt collection agency that the account was passed back to Virgin. I can provide a copy of this letter if required.
Could someone please tell me how to pay and clear the remaining balance? This is an old account with no current active phone, I cannot log in to the bill system like a current customer/service user.
