Hi I have been using the 02 app now it has logged me out and the for the last few days 

it will not let me back in have updated the app and phone please advise

Try changing your default browser to Chrome.

Thanks for coming back to us about this, I am sorry you're not able to access the O2 priority app at the moment!

When it logged you out at the first instance, did it show an error message?

When you try to access it now, what happens?

Also, do you have Virgin Media services with us? Or just Virgin Mobile?

I have virgin media service as well . The app updated and logged me out it did not show error . Now it says log in with by 02 customer or Virgin I press Virgin it will not upload 

Thank you for that information. Can you please uninstall and then reinstall the app and try it again?

Done that several times this is what happens when I go to the app and says sign in with Virgin. This is as far as I get

We are aware of some issues recently due to the demand for the app. 

Can you please try accessing Priority directly through the website to see if you have the same issue? You can do this here
