O2 SIM arrived - now what?

Over the WhatsApp chat I set up a new deal, which includes an O2 Sim (currently on virgin mobile). The new Sim arrived today but no instructions what to do, request pac code, et cetera? Also heard nothing about my new TV and broadband package, and not had the speed update date yet.

I'm glad to hear that your O2 SIM has arrived for you.

Can I ask for clarification whether you have an existing VM SIM number that you would like to transfer to O2?

With regards to the speeds etc. once the O2 SIM is set up it can take up to 14 days for the speed boost to complete.
