Hi there 

 

I have no advice I’m afraid. I’m in the exact same situation as you. We entered our PAC codes Monday evening and were told it would be completed today. My original provider has now ceased but my phone is still using the Virgin phone number. I’m hoping it’ll complete soon for you and me.

Hi Herbie026, thanks for getting in touch.

 

i am sorry to hear you've had some issues with a number-port. If the PAC code was provided to us between Friday & Sunday then the port would usually complete by midnight on the Monday - otherwise it's usually within 24-48hrs. 

 

In case this is something you still need help with I'll get in touch via PM - just look out for the purple envelope icon and we'll take it from there.
