A payment of £8 has been taken in two consecutive months from our church bank account.

I am the Treasurer and have no knowledge of any Virgin Mobile account with you.

We do not have church mobile phones.

Please could you help me.

Sorry to see you have had payments taken without having any of our services. This certainly is a strange one. I will certainly be happy to try and find out what is going on for you though.
