I bought a new phone with 5g, (I have been a customer for several years) The new phone will be brought only on Monday, but my existing phone was disconnected and everything is no longer a mobile network. I am extremely dissatisfied. I chose delivery on Monday because we will go to some holidays. I have been left without the opportunity to call someone, and no one can call me. Not to mention that there is no internet.
