No mobile network coverage

Hi,

I do not have any network coverage at all on my mobile. My daughter does on her phone and we have the same account. I have turned the phone off and on multiple times over a number of days. Cannot make any calls or receive them or send texts.

 

Please can someone from Virgin contact me only about this.
