On the 25th I called to sign up for a 30day rolling contract and the lady on the phone said I would receive an email after, now it has been 2 days and I still have received no emails, I believe the lady misheard me when I was reading out my email and now I am unable to login to my virgin account, would it be possible to get any help with this?
