I recently registered for a virgin mobile account and a phone contract. My password was created automatically by Apple but was not saved to my keychain.
As I do not have a virgin mobile number, I can’t reset my password.

Can you confirm if the order has been accepted and completed? Is the password for your online account?

The order hasn’t been accepted and completed yet. I have an email from 3 days ago telling me that there’s a few more checks.
The password is for my online account.

Once the order has completed this should then allow you to set up an online account or we can manually change the password for you from here Nathan000001
