No Confirmation Email

I can't log in to my Virgin Mobile account. I waited 24 hours for the confirmation email and nothing arrived, then I tried changing my email last night and it asked to verify again: still no email yet.

I also need to port in my old phone number using a PAC code, but I don't know if I'll be able to do that without having access to my account details... should I just ring 789 and try anyway?

I am so sorry to hear you are having issues logging in, have you received confirmation emails and other emails to the registered address?

What is the network you are trying to port from?

1) I had to verify my email when making this forum account today, so yes I can receive email at this address. It's just the Virgin Mobile site that's failing to send the verification email.
