No it never got sorted. Still the same a week on. Sorry to say I've cancelled my account and went elsewhere for my new phones. I just didn't feel confident getting new phones when these are having the problems they are. I am also a bit annoyed having to pay my final month as I am paying for a service I am not getting. This the reason I am leaving vm mobile.

Sorry to hear you're leaving Paul-Thorne1972, we can see you have received confirmation of this when calling in. As with all accounts we require 30 days notice to close an account, this period is chargeable.

Even though you are not providing the service he is paying for. I think trading standards may have something to say about that.
