No it never got sorted. Still the same a week on. Sorry to say I've cancelled my account and went elsewhere for my new phones. I just didn't feel confident getting new phones when these are having the problems they are. I am also a bit annoyed having to pay my final month as I am paying for a service I am not getting. This the reason I am leaving vm mobile.
