New sim doesn't come and blicked my old one

Hello there, 

my name is Ignazio and about 2 weeks ago I changed my contract from oay as you go to monthly one. They text me an email that will send a new sim card in 3 days. Passed 2 weeks and i didn't received anything but the have blocked my old sim. Now I'm without mobile number. Can you restore my old sim? Or shall I block my payment and pass to another company?

Thank you for your post. I'm sorry you haven't received the SIM card yet.
