New contract number not registered! No data!!

As a new customer to virgin mobile my experience so far has been awful!! At first there was a delay on the phone arriving. I was lied to on every single call that the phone had been dispatched when in fact it actually hadn't as there was no stock. This is for the iPhone 8 aswell. And now Iv got my phone rung up to give my PAC code to be told my number hasn't been registered! So I now have a phone but can't make/receive calls or texts or have any data. Iv given them my imei and SIM card number but they can't tell me how long it will be. Had anyone else had this issue and how long it took to resolve??

Try sticky at top of the Mobile page, failing that call 789.

Failing that call and tell them you want to lodge a official complaint:
