Hi, can any of the admins DM me please so I can request 4 new SIM cards for 4 of my handsets, I will provide relevant security information in the private message. Thanks

Actually, seen in the email I can cancel my airtime contracts due to the price increase within the next month or so. I'd rather do that if anyone can help

Welcome back to the community and thanks for taking the time to post here on our forums.

We can arrange for a new sim card to be sent out for your handsets from this team but we are unable to arrange any contract cancellations.

To cancel your contracts, please call into the team on 789 from a Virgin mobile or 0345 600 0789 from any other line.
