Need to reset mobile account password but have no phone No

Hi. During the process of signing up for a new contract, my computer failed to save my auto generated password. 

I received the "Hello Chris, 
 You're in. Welcome to our gang! 
 Manage Your Account online..." email, But because i don't know the password i cannot sign in & because my contract has not been confirmed, i don't have a phone number to use to reset the password. 

 

HELP!!!

I am really sorry that you have had some issues with sorting out your mobile contract.

Hi I cant reset my password from when I signed up I have the welcome email but can't confirm contract so have no mobile number any help?
