I cancelled my contract last month and now Virgin media has took the payment for it. Even though I cancelled it. Can someone please help me on this.

I am sorry to hear that you have had some issues with your billing there, We do require 30 days notice of conciliation when you decide to leave us? Was this provided prior to ending your contract?
