Move mobile number from Virgin to O2

I’ve just changed my Virgin package and the agent on the phone changed me from Virgin mobile to O2, assuring me I’d have my original phone number. Just received my o2 aim and text SWAP as advised, says it’s already active and using the new phone number. How do I get my old number to switch across? Thanks

The best way is to get a PAC code from Virgin and give it to O2

I think the swap function is for O2 to O2, but I may be wrong

Hi,I switched from Virgin mobile to O2 this month, as suggested you need to get the Pac from virgin and tell O2,they will give you a date the switch will take pl,if your phone is dual SIM i suggest you keep both sins in phone till completed
