Do virgin have any contacts at all that go through to the UK? I feel the customer service i am receiving from the offshore team is inadequate. They do not fully understand the termonology they are using and are very unhelpful in providing a resolution for my complaint.
I feel if you request/demand to speak to someone in the UK as good customer service this should be allowed.
I've called my local store and they have no power to do anything! whats the point having stores that cant do anything?
