Mobile rescue - Locating phone

This morning I received my monthly bill this morning however it was for the wrong amount
I called accounting and billing and explained why it was wrong the and was ignored and I was getting by this point

I asked to speak with the manager and was refused by this point I am shouting and still being refused access to the manager

So I then ask for the cancellations department who ask what the problem and they checked the details of my contract and bill confirming that I was right and the bill was wrong

Very sorry you're having an issue with your bill and the customer experience you've received. 

I can assure you this ins't the level of service we aim to provide and it's disappointing to learn of instances like this.
