i was sent a 5G SIM as part of my oomph package but when I try and register the account I am asked a security question, mother’s maiden name but when I add it we just go in a loop? I phoned up but waited 45 mins before giving up. Would appreciate any advice.
In the phone setting it shows VM but no number, not sure it’s because I have not registered?

Have you been able to try a different web browser for this?
Can you please try putting the answer in all CAPS to see if this works?

All resolved now, spoke to a great customer service advisor and got it all working.
