Mobile order parked

Hi, 

I paced a mobile upgrade with you and the order is now parked. I'm getting nowhere on the phone. Please could someone on here help.

Thank you for your post and welcome to the forums. 

 

I can imagine you feel frustrated, and I apologise. Mostly all orders go through extra security checks with the team, this is why it is parked. It could be down to a number of things including: details may not be correct or matching, the credit check may have an issue or the team may need more information from you and if they do they would contact you. It can take around 24-48 hours for the order to go through, so at this time I can only apologise. 

 

When did you place the order?
