I don't understand why i have been charged £78.00 for using mobile data when the bill shows i was at home and i know i was connected to my home WiFi.
There seams to be some dodgy dealings going on here. When i spoke to the customer services he said his name was " Frank " but i doubt that was his name he said even if i was connected to the WiFi if my mobile data is on it will use that data first. As i understand it if you are connected to the WiFi it stops your mobile data being used.
Could someone tell me if this is correct or if anyone else has had this problem
