I cancelled my Virgin media 30 days ago and told them to keep my Virgin mobile going until the end of the contract has I did not want to pay the remaining £175 each for my daughters and my phone contract,
They have now sent me a letter saying that they will now be cancelling my Virgin mobile and not my Virgin Media which is not what i wanted and I can not send an email.
Could anyone please help?
