Mobile account

I received only the last part of a voicemail message from virgin yesterday, on my mobile. Last night was unable to sign into my mobile account. Kept getting those irritating recaptcha pics, & repeatedly; even when that box had green tick in it, when I clicked log in, it all happened again.

Last night a message did come up re some upgrade/update work at virgin media mobile. Well, it would seem that the same thing is still going on.

This needs to be sorted as it is a total pain & very annoying.

The login issues are worse. Now my login details are not recognised. I only reset my password on Sunday. 2 days ago

Sorry to hear this.

 

Have you attempted to open this on a different browser at all? Also have you attempted the forgotten password link too?

 

If so, what error messages or codes are populating on the screen?

I tried the forgotten password link, although I was using the password I had reset 2-3 days ago, but when I entered my email & phone number, it apparently didn't recognise the details, despite there being green ticks in the boxes, and then went into this tedious, never ending recaptcha mode.
