As a pay monthly customer who is not in arrears and only been a customer this year. I was surprised to find my service on my mobile is discontinued. Nothing on account webpage at all to say what is the problem. So tried to call 150 on my only phone the MOBILE just to find cannot even contact the service by that. Have tried to call and sort it out with another phone but as its a voip phone I guess wont connect. I am a new monthly customer and this is the worst experience ever had with a contract. I do not have a landline. I tried to use social media but no joy. Then tried the webchat no use. Whats the point of saying have good customer service if you cannot contact them. All I want is the service I pay for put back as I should expect.
