Missing payment

Hi 

I pay my bill every month by card and this month I payed I received a conformation email saying that they have received my payment but on checking my bank account no money has been taken I've tried to pay again but it won't let me 

Anyone else had this problem as Im not sure what to do next

Sorry I seem to of posted I the wrong forum I wanted virgin media not virgin mobile lol
