Lost phone, need to block IMEI. Already have new simcard and old sim blocked.

Can I email virgin to block an IMEI number?

The online form you have to specify the mobile number, however I have already got a new sim card from the virgin store and dont want my new sim blocked.

Can someone provide me with the email I need to get IMEI blocked and added to the CEIR database.

We would be able to block the IMEI, if you purchased the mobile handset from ourselves, if you have indeed purchased it from ourselves, please respond to my private message and we can get this done for you.

Thanks for confirming your details here with us via private message but unfortunately we are the UK only Virgin Media team, you would need to contact Virgin Media Ireland, using the methods here to have this looked into further.
