New phone was ordered, didnt turn up for delivery when expected and a week later courier still had it. Phone contract was canceled by Virgin and new phone was sent out (not one I wanted but an alternative). I then recieved both phones and am now being told I cant keep the phone I wanted and have to return and use one I didnt want, even though I am currently using it. Surely this cant be the case It cant be that difficult to amed my order to my original device?
